I am thankful for the opportunity to have been able to see Lisa at our 20 yr. reunion. She was ALWAYS a very sweet person from as far back as our days at Mendenhall Jr. High.  Just as she left this world way too soon, we all need to spend more time with our loved ones because we simply do not know when our time will be done on this earth. Rest in peace Lisa!

I concur w/Ron's sentiments. She was a beautiful and sweet person. She will be greatly missed at the 30th reunion, but there in many of our hearts.

I knew Lisa since our junior high school days. She was always such a sweet and caring person. She always had a smile on her face and always enjoyed life. I was saddened to hear about her passing at such a young age! Heaven definitely has a beautiful angel now! You will be missed at the reunion!

I grew up in the same neiborhood with Lisa. I remember starting elementary school together and going all the way through high school. I remember when she got engaged with Mark, and when her kids were born. I was lucky enough for my children and hers to be able to spend time together. I also remember when she called to let me know she was sick and also when I was informed she had become one of God's Angels. She was a beautiful person and she has been and will continue to be missed here on earth. See you in heaven some day Lisa!!!

I feel so bad that I didn't contact Mr. and Mrs. McNairy after Lisa died.  Lisa and I stayed in touch after our kids were born too.  When I came to NC from California we got together several times.  I took my kids to her house in Asheboro and we went to the zoo.  I remember she was just starting to Scrapbook.  I was so shocked and sad about her illness and death.  There are many, many times that I think about her, especially when I hear a song from our Mendenhall days.  And every January 24th I think of her on her birthday.  She and her mom threw a surprise birthday party for me in 8th grade.  I'll never forget that.
